چکیده

Mitochondria are the power plants of cell and play key roles in activating apoptotic pathway cancer cells, which readily susceptible to cytotoxic reactive oxygen species temperature elevations. Herein, we develop a “nanomissile” that targets mitochondria enhance tumor treatment effects by facilitating mitochondrial dysfunction releasing cytochrome C activate cells under 650-nm laser irradiation. Porphyrin-grafted polydopamine nanomaterial (PTPF-MitP) is designed as nanomissile, with integrated O2-evolving photodynamic therapy moderate photothermal therapy, can selectively deliver through targeting unit, MitP. The cytotoxicity PTPF-MitP human lung twice high PTPF does not have units. In addition, it represents realtime visualization highly efficient for sites vivo. This development viable strategy therapy.

Protein-based photothermal theranostics for imaging-guided cancer therapy.

The development of imageable photothermal theranostics has attracted considerable attention for imaging guided photothermal therapy (PTT) with high tumor ablation accuracy. In this study, we strategically constructed a near-infrared (NIR) cyanine dye by introducing a rigid cyclohexenyl ring to the heptamethine chain to obtain a heptamethine dye CySCOOH with high fluorescence intensity and good ...

Multifunctional WS2 @Poly(ethylene imine) Nanoplatforms for Imaging Guided Gene-Photothermal Synergistic Therapy of Cancer.

The combination of photothermal therapy (PTT) with gene therapy (GT) to improve PTT efficiency and thus eliminate cancer cells under mild hyperthermia is highly needed. Herein, multifunctional WS2 @poly(ethylene imine) (WS2 @PEI) nanoplatform has been designed and constructed for gene-photothermal synergistic therapy of tumors at mild condition. After a surface modification of WS2 with a positi...

Fluorescence and Magnetic Resonance Dual-Modality Imaging-Guided Photothermal and Photodynamic Dual-Therapy with Magnetic Porphyrin-Metal Organic Framework Nanocomposites

Phototherapy shows some unique advantages in clinical application, such as remote controllability, improved selectivity, and low bio-toxicity, than chemotherapy. In order to improve the safety and therapeutic efficacy, imaging-guided therapy seems particularly important because it integrates visible information to speculate the distribution and metabolism of the probe. Here we prepare biocompat...

Mn-porphyrin Conjugated Au Nanoshells Encapsulating Doxorubicin for Potential Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Light Triggered Synergistic Therapy of Cancer

A theranostic agent was successfully fabricated by the formation of Au nanoshell around poly(lactic acid) nanoparticles entrapping doxorubicin, followed by linking a Mn-porphyrin derivative on the Au shell surface through polyethylene glycol. The resulted agent exhibited excellent colloidal stability and long blood circulation time due to introducing polyethylene glycol. The grafting Mn-porphyr...

Peptide-guided targeting of GPR55 for anti-cancer therapy

Expression of the lysophosphatidylinositol receptor GPR55 correlates with invasive potential of metastatic cells and bone metastasis formation of different types of tumors. These findings suggest a role for GPR55 signaling in cancer progression, including in lymphoproliferative diseases. Here, we screened a M13-phage-displayed random library using the bait of HEK293 cells that heterologously ex...
